Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. HOC Bill is not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment gateway.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current cycle.
