HOC Bill offers a free trial period so you can explore all features before making a purchase. We strongly encourage you to use the free trial to evaluate whether our platform meets your business needs before subscribing to a paid plan.

3. Eligibility for Refund

All requests for cancellation of subscription and refund must be raised only through the customer support helpline provided by HOC Billing. Cancellation and refund requests submitted through any other mode of communication will not be considered for refund. You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment.
  • You have experienced a technical issue caused by HOC Bill that significantly impacted your ability to use the service, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
  • You were charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same subscription.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Refund requests made after 7 days of the subscription payment date.
  • Partial use of the subscription period — we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days.
  • Subscription renewals — once a renewal payment is processed, it is non-refundable.
  • Downgrade or cancellation of a plan mid-cycle.
  • Issues arising from user error, incorrect data entry, or misuse of the platform.
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were available and accessible during the free trial period.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current cycle.
