Any new products or services provided by HOC Billing, or any new features or tools added to the Mobile Application, Desktop Application, Website, or Store shall, unless specifically stated otherwise, be subject to these Terms of Service. The User may review the latest version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. HOC Billing reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes on its application, website, or platform. It is the User’s responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of or access to the Mobile Application, Desktop Application, Website, Store, or any other products or services of HOC Billing following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms of Service.
HOC Billing is a billing and GST invoice app made by Simply HOC Tech Solution Private Limited. By clicking “I Agree”, installing, or using the app, you automatically agree to these Terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms are governed by Indian laws. Continued use of the app means you accept any future changes.
We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time. You should check this page regularly for updates. Any changes will be posted on the app or website. If you continue using the app after changes, it means you accept the new terms. We will try to inform you about major changes.
HOC Billing offers invoicing, GST billing, inventory management, reports, estimates, and business accounting tools. You can use the app for your personal or business needs. The app works offline after download, but you need internet for initial download and some features. You are responsible for your own GST and tax compliance — the app only helps, it does not take responsibility for legal mistakes. Subscription license usually starts within 45 days of purchase.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You are fully responsible for keeping your username, password, and account details safe. You must inform us immediately if someone else uses your account without permission (email: support@hocbilling.com). We are not responsible for any loss due to unauthorized access or if you lose your data. Always keep backups of your important data.
You fully own all the business data and invoices you create in the app. We do not claim ownership of your data. However, by using the app, you give us permission to use your data internally to provide and improve the service. You can export your data if you decide to stop using the app.
Camera: To scan or click photos of bills and documents. Contacts: To sync contacts and show you other HOC Bill users (buyers/suppliers). We do not upload your contacts to our server. Storage: To save and access your documents and invoices. Location: To verify your address, prevent fraud, and check service availability. SMS: To automatically read business SMS (like payments, bills) to track income/expenses. We never read personal or OTP messages. Device Info & Call Logs: To prevent fraud, verify your number, and understand your profile for better service. Other Apps & Calendar: To better understand your profile and offer better credit/loans if available. All permissions are used only for providing better service and reducing risk.
We use your data to provide billing services, generate invoices, track expenses, offer reports, and improve the app. We may also use it to show you relevant offers or credit facilities. Data is used only for the purpose it was collected. We do not sell your personal data.
We use strong security measures like encryption, firewalls, and regular monitoring to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. We are not responsible for data loss due to hacking or your own mistakes. You should keep your password strong and not share it. We follow Indian data protection laws.
We do not sell your data. We may share data with trusted partners only for payment processing, cloud storage, or credit assessment. All partners follow strict security rules. We may share data if required by law.
We are not responsible for any indirect or big losses (like loss of business or profit). Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, but we try our best.
You can access, update, or request deletion of your data anytime. You can also stop using the app and export your data within 30 days of closing your account.
