Any new products or services provided by HOC Billing, or any new features or tools added to the Mobile Application, Desktop Application, Website, or Store shall, unless specifically stated otherwise, be subject to these Terms of Service. The User may review the latest version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. HOC Billing reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes on its application, website, or platform. It is the User’s responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of or access to the Mobile Application, Desktop Application, Website, Store, or any other products or services of HOC Billing following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms of Service.
By accessing and using HOC Bill's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
HOC Bill grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your
business purposes. You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so.
This is how we will use your contact permissions:
(i) We allow users to sync their contacts from mobile to desktop, the contact permissions will be used
to facilitate this.
(ii) We will show parties that are already Vyapar users, to show you your potential buyers and
suppliers.
The User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account on HOC Billing. The User agrees to notify HOC Billing immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into HOC Bill. We do not claim any ownership rights over your business data. Upon account termination, you can export your data within 30 days.
The User agrees and understands that certain features and services on the HOC Billing Products are paid only and can be accessed upon payment of the applicable fee. For accessing such paid features and services, the User agrees and undertakes to pay the fee as displayed on the HOC Billing Products. The User further agrees and accepts that HOC Billing may have arrangements with authorized affiliates, banks, financial institutions, and payment processors for the collection of such fees, and the User shall strictly adhere to the terms and conditions of such entities with respect to payment. In the event that HOC Billing or its authorized affiliates, banks, financial institutions, or payment processors are unable to collect the fees from the User for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to technical issues, the User agrees to promptly pay the fees to HOC Billing or its authorized partners. In case of non-payment of fees, HOC Billing reserves the right to discontinue paid services and/or restrict the User’s access to paid features and services on the HOC Billing Products.
“HOC Billing Products” means, collectively, the Mobile Application, Desktop Application, Store, Website, and any other products provided by HOC Billing to the Users from time to time.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance whenever possible.
HOC Bill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.
T“Applicable Laws” means all applicable: (i) statutes, enactments, acts of legislature or parliament, laws, bye-laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, listing agreements, notifications, guidelines, or policies of any applicable jurisdiction; (ii) administrative interpretations, writs, injunctions, directions, directives, judgments, arbitral awards, decrees, orders, consents of, or agreements with, any governmental authority or recognized stock exchange; and (iii) international tax treaties, as may be in force from time to time.
